The employees in whatever hierarchy of importance they are placed in or departments of lower or higher level, important and unimportant department they should possess the right tools for them to give you results. You can talk to your employees as to what change they need in their company or what improvements can you bring in their job environment. Talking to your employees gives you direct and valued feedback and it will help you understand their needs and bring in improvement in the productivity levels.
