Rebuilding the Morale of Company Employees
The professional management career is defining a new face for corporate management and sometimes it so happens that our leaders are just not able to understand what is happening and why it is happening. When things turn out to be something else then what actually they might have suggested or thought upon, leader start to lose their confidence and before they even come to terms as to what is happening they start thinking that they are failures. This problem especially arises in an organizations that are purely mismanaged, where people begin to doubt themselves, they feel insecure and inadequate.
It just takes a while to change [...]

Getting Aware of your Business situations
A leader cannot bring in the people of organization together unless he is himself self aware about the cause. An organization becomes successful when it has people who are centered around their work and are ready to take up challenges by reflecting on their past situations and taking stronger steps to draw away the pit falls. As it was rightly said by the CEO of General Electric, Immelt said that the recession has taught him many a lessons and that he has become hungrier and humbler and he became better at listening to get out of the crisis. Reflect, the key to Self Awareness!
In our fast paced lifestyle we hardly get any time to reflect on our past or present situations, when you look back at yourself and your life over a specific period of time, you get better at understanding yourself and become aware of your life’s dwellings. There is always some sort of fear craving in everyone’s mind when they take up unusual or uncommon things at work but the best you could do is being yourself and getting aware about your strengths and weaknesses. When you know your [...]

Organizational Self Awareness
It nearly gets difficult sometimes to take up the right step in a particular direction but again some thought comes up in the mind warning you of any pros or cons and you just start taking step in an altogether different direction. These are just the small potions of life where you involuntarily wander which path to follow, or even if you know the path you still feel doubtful about it. So what’s that “it” factor that keeps stopping us from taking mindful steps in a particular direction? May be the answer to the question is self awareness, this is one of the most prominent things we possess but still are unaware about [...]

The Essence Of Your True Self!
Its well said and very true that organizations are made and achieve success as per the values instilled in its main resource that is the human resource. Every company consists of a separate human resource department which looks after its employees needs, solving problems, designing the self-awareness programs, coping with stress, etc. as per my given thoughts I feel the HR department of any organization plays a key role in shaping the future of its employees. When you go for a job search, it’s the HR department interviewing and then they have an expert panel which will check on your skills, the spoken English, your expertise [...]
