Successful business ideas are always the simplest ones

Successful business ideas are always the simplest ones
If I were to be given the chance to invest in a business that offers up something completely radical but also very risky or just starting something with a more conventional, tested business model, I would go with the simpler and more conventional business every time. And while successful business ideas have also sprung from radical ideas, the tried and tested offer better returns and are generally more successful. The problem is perhaps not even one of complexity or simplicity. The problem is all about knowledge. Businesses fail a lot because of a lack of capital, but they also fail because of a lack of knowledge. That cannot  [...]

Baby steps to Innovation

Baby steps to Innovation
There are hundreds and thousands of Innovative companies that are there on the global list of Fortune 500 companies. The term innovation itself derives that the companies have done something extra ordinary out of ordinary; the innovative companies as we term them are far away from what we actually know about them. They are just incomparable to any achievements. It is also a known fact that a company innovatively specializing in one service may not know or have any knowledge about other field or an industry. They just stand by what they have innovated and keep going ahead to research and innovate more. Hundreds and thousands  [...]

Realization for a Change

Realization for a Change
Lots of people are talking of change, but do they really want to bring in a change, or are they just speaking out of compulsion. Believe me, a realization of change is more difficult than actually brining in a change. You must have seen lots of change agents, who might have promised to bring in change but were they really successful at that. In real life scenarios, we have seen that change can bring in a very good result or either it could bring in bad results. I hardly recollect, anyone ever say that transition period of a change was easy but the idea itself is a crucial one and may not bring in a happy smile on the people  [...]

Innovation, A Must For Any Organization!

Innovation, A Must For Any Organization!
You cannot just take any organization for granted, I understand there are ups and downs in its lifecycle, but you seriously cannot afford to make this mistake of saying, “its okay to make mistakes sometimes in a blue moon” a small mistake can ruin an entire system of running, rather devastate the whole organization. Like we have a human life cycle, there is product lifecycle, there is a company lifecycle where a company passes through varied stages, first is the born phase, where everything is new, slowly as it grows, customers increase and as the reputation increase you start making profits, that is the peak period it  [...]

Can Bad Plans Ever Turn On Into Good Results?

Can Bad Plans Ever Turn On Into Good Results?
The real results of your success may lie in the worst of plans you ever made may be knowingly or unknowingly, I agree to this fact but that doesn’t mean you do something wrong being in a conscious mind. As they say you achieve success in life, if its in your destiny even when you have done wrong or not liable for that reward. The true success of your business doesn't lie in how much plans you executed or how smart you are but in the execution period, it takes a while to win the wealth or loose it, its just a matter of few minutes or seconds, that you change your destiny and some people attain wealth unknowingly, now that  [...]

If You Want To Grow, Stop Focusing On Competition!
Competition is no new word to us, especially for the marketers who are struggling day in and day out to sell their products. With new technologies emerging each day of the year round, I wonder sometimes is there going to be any end, looking at the current circumstances, I feel obviously there is no end, and the tensions of global warming will keep rising, oh, that is now just another tension filled topics, lets come back to our main discussion for today. Living in a competition world is no easy job, where its the survival playing a key role in your growth as a company, as a business or an individual. Do you always see yourself  [...]

What Is Innovation?

What Is Innovation?
Innovation is one of the most important aspects for the growth of an organization to excel ahead in competition, unless there is innovation a company cannot command respect and recognition, invention is one of the most important priorities to stay in competition and keep your audience looped and attracted to your company products. The big enterprises of today are constantly coming out with new products and strategic plans only to stay in competition and keep their customers forever because if you are not going to bring out some new product someone else will and take over the market dominion. Although, we might stress the importance  [...]
