I Wish I Had More Than 24 Hours In A Day!
Well, this is what I have heard hundreds and thousands of time from whomever I met on streets, company executives, managers, housewives, and even students! Everybody feels that time is just passing by and its getting faster and faster by the day but we all know the fact that time is immovable, its plays its role for 24 hours in a day and appears the other day. We have 3 options with the time we have in our hands today, one is wasting it, the other is leveraging it and the third is multiplying it. You may wonder what am I talking about, multiplying the time, yes, by this I mean if you manage your time real well in 24 hours you [...]

Mentoring, A True Essence Of Leadership!
Are leaders born to be followed, not exactly though, large scale of people do follow their leaders, there are varied aspects to a leader and their functions too differ from time to time depending on the situation. Like mentoring is one of the important aspects of a leader, a true leader is mature in his behavior and knows well how to mentor his team and motivate them in a correct direction. But often, we find unsuccessful leaders following short of transferring their values and understanding in their teams to understand the nature of the processes and so I feel there are different types of leaders, the one who is simply a leader [...]

Performance, The Key To Succeed!
How many employees working in an organization really pay attention to the productivity they give, or how many of them really concentrate on their targets? Are they just flowing with the flow of work or do they really have some zeal to excel in their work and achieve extra ordinary targets? I often see managers and upper human resource hierarchy discussing such points in their monthly meetings, they really need to know as to what will drive their employees to work even harder and concentrate. Nothing is difficult to achieve in life or either in your company, the only power you need to possess is focus, if you focus then shall [...]

Get Your Team Together!
Team building may sound like a tedious task, yet for some its just a matter of one day to form a team and let all its members work in harmony. Bigger organizations have bigger teams and so they require bigger talent but not if you have some few simple guidelines which if followed, you can see whole your team supporting each other and working uniformly. Some organizations struggle really hard to form and bring the team players together, so that they perform tasks, and achieve the company targets, the key challenge lies in letting themselves let free in a group, sharing their ideas, their commitments, their role models, their [...]

Leaders Help Build Brands!
Leaders are the main working individuals in an organization, they rank even higher than the managers I may say this fact! Leaders have this innate ability to attract the audience not just inside the company but helps in building brands outside the company too. The leaders have the power to influence their employees and create the brand value for a company in the outside world; a simple message sent by a leader through may be a word of mouth or a presentation or a seminar or a newspaper interview can do wonders for the company. Bigger companies pay higher emphasis on the leaders they select, because these are the individuals [...]

Do Leaders Count On Emotional Quotient?
Leaders are not born they are made, as they say, stands true to their characters. No human being is born with everything he has achieved in his life, there are some innate qualities and some are achieved from their life’s experiences. Talking about leaders let me tell you they are finally humans after all and they have a thinking process too nonetheless like robots of today’s X generation. People keep expecting and more expectations from leaders, but fail to understand they are bound by company’s rules and regulations. When it comes to emotional quotient, there are leaders who share a cup of coffee over the table with [...]

Leadership, People’s Wrong Notions!
In my career I have met so many individuals some who are working at a very good positions, while some working at operating levels and some having their own business. No one truly had an idea about the true leadership prospects. As per the common understanding of the people I came forward to this point that people think leaders exists and are required only at senior levels in an organization, it’s a complete myth for those of you thinking in similar terms. Each and every department and processes needs a leader and the team members follow him. An organizations is bound by varied commitments to its clients, to fulfill this obligations [...]

Team Building And Team Commitment Goes Hand In Hand!
People working in an organization work as groups, as teams, they are instructed by their managers to work in a particular manner that can give a uniform output to company’s clients. But as we talk about the matter of working together, it doesn’t come easily in a team unless the “Commitment” factor delves in a team. A team is formed only by committed efforts of team members and the bigger role is that of manager who blends the team members in to one team, thinking like one person and work like a huge machine. No wonder, companies, as soon as they employ a new set of employees they are first given the product training [...]
